Terms of Service

1. Booking & Confirmation

By contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or our booking form, you express interest in our travel consultation services. A confirmed booking is established when we have agreed on the itinerary and trip details, and payment terms have been communicated.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept payments via bank transfer (IDR) or as otherwise agreed. Full payment may be required for certain trips, particularly during peak season (December-February).

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Weather-related cancellations: If conditions are unsafe (flooded roads, extreme weather), we will inform you in advance and reschedule at no additional cost.
• Customer-initiated cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• No-show: If you do not arrive at the pickup point at the agreed time, the trip may be forfeited.

4. Wildlife Viewing

Turtle sightings depend on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed. During peak season (December-February), the probability of witnessing nesting activity is very high. Even without direct sightings, guests can participate in conservation activities including hatchling releases from the conservation center.

5. Safety & Conduct

• Follow all instructions from your guide and park rangers at all times.
• Flash photography is strictly prohibited during turtle observation as it disorients nesting turtles.
• Do not touch or disturb nesting turtles or hatchlings.
• The journey involves rugged 4WD roads and walking on sandy beaches. Participants should be in reasonable physical condition.
• Children aged 5+ are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

6. Liability

Sea Turtle Tours / Sukamade Travel Consultant acts as a travel consultant and local guide. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participants join excursions at their own risk. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
